
Donna Pollard has worked with many disadvantaged groups within an inner-city environment in London over the years and has more than 25 years’ experience. She supported and guided women fleeing domestic violence, individual’s living with enduring and sustained mental health issues. She has also supported and advocated for individuals who have been long term unemployed, children living with and/or experiencing complex lives in an alternative educational setting. Donna has also worked with individual’s dealing with substance misuse and has supported young people (NEET’s) with their next steps into employment or further education. Donna uses a non-judgemental approach when working and strongly believe in treating people as she would wish to be treated. This has enabled Donna to build strong and honest working relationships, one of her main aims is to enable her clients/service users to have a voice and gain personal reflective skills.
